While at IMPACT Group, I was able to take on this project to expand my UX/UI skills. Our intranet had no way for a manager to monitor their team, so I was asked to build a Manager Dashboard with our Website Developer. I started by researching and talking to the managers about what they were looking for as well as how they would expect the dashboard to work. After this research, I was able to develop a high-fidelity dashboard for development with our developers.
