My name is Aja Reinwald*. It's pronounced like Raja, just without the R. It's easier to start with that. Now that you know, I can tell you a little bit more about myself.
With my diverse background as a Consultant, Front-End Web Designer, and Graphic Designer, I have gained a wealth of experience that has given me a unique perspective. My extensive expertise enables me to create designs that are not only visually appealing but also aligned with the marketing objectives of my clients. To me, effective communication, attentive listening, and a collaborative approach are crucial for delivering exceptional results.
As a Creative Director, I had the opportunity to build a creative department from scratch. It was a challenging yet fulfilling experience that allowed me to establish the department's structure and hiring strategies. Witnessing my talented team grow into a cohesive unit was truly rewarding. I believe that fostering a culture of trust and respect among team members is crucial, and I made it a priority. With clear communication and project goals, we were able to work efficiently as a team.
